Who are we?
Our team at ConceptWedding plans and manages unique weddings. We started out as employees of a corporate events company and years later, when we decided to create our vision in our own company, we had the opportunity to help out with friends’ weddings and really put ourselves to the test. It was love at first sight.
From the smallest gatherings to grandiose parties, our weddings and events are memorable and precisely organised. We think that professional experience, creativity, a wide circle of partners and flexibility are crucial as there are always unexpected situations that has to be solved quickly and tactfully. There is one more crucial element that makes all the difference: we are in it with our heart and soul and our mission is to help you create an unforgettable and fun time. For us our profession is our passion, so there’s no impossible for us. We care.
Each and every couple who we work with comes with individual dreams. Our job is to take the parts and make it into a perfect whole, a complete wedding with all details in its’ place. Our work starts from the very first steps and we won’t leave you alone on your big day either. For us it is very important to make the planning time as exciting and easy as it can be, so on the day of the wedding you can focus on each other and your guests, while we do our job. We think that this is the key to a great wedding.

How do we start?
The first step is always a personal (or virtual in case you are based abroad) meeting, where you can tell us in detail about your plans, dreams and needs. It is also a great opportunity to get to know each other.
We do believe finding the right match is important when selecting a trusted organizer, therefore first meetings will always be free of charge. We would be delighted to invite you for a coffee or tea in our office or if it’s more convenient for you, we can meet anywhere else.
Following the meeting, we will create a customized offer for you.
